About IACPA

An International Arab Certified Public Accountant certificate provides accountants with the highest qualifications in Accounting and Auditing.


The curriculum for the qualification of the International Arab Certified Public Accountant (IACPA) has been developed, in collaboration with a group of consultants from IASCA, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified General Accountants Association in Canada (CGA–Canada), European Commission, the Federation International des Experts Compatibles Francophone (FIDEF), the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS), the Polish Accounting Standards Board and the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), as well as representatives of academic and international accounting firms acting in their personal competence to comply with the international curriculum issued by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). 

IACPA Examinations Dates and Regulations 

IACPA examinations shall be conducted twice a year (June and December). Each examination’s duration is three hours, except Accounting exam which is three hours and a half. 

Curriculum of IACPA

• A candidate who applies to sit for IACPA examination can choose his/her paper/papers, you can choose one, two, three or four papers together. 
 
Candidates must successfully complete all four papers of the examination within three years of entering the program. 

IACPA Licensing to Practice the Profession

The International Arab Certified Public Accountant (IACPA) has been licensed to practice the profession by a
group of Arab countries including Yemen, Sudan,
Syria, Lebanon, Kurdistan Region (Iraq), Oman and Qatar.
